

The Hand of GodThe stained green rock that jutted out from the cliff edge over the valley was called Lath La-Naer, The Hand of God, so named for if one stood back from its edge it appeared as though it reached to the heavens. From here he could see the entirety of the jungle; from the lakes to the east, and the streams and rivers to the west, it was wondrous. He could even see the creeping darkness that flowed from the mountains in the north, strange and unnatural, dark by day and bright at night, steadily enveloping the jungle forests, marring its beauty.The Hand of God
